Shipping
Shipping is free for UK orders
of £40.00 and over (after any vouchers or discounts have been
deducted). A standard shipping charge of £3.00 is applied to
orders under £40.00.
Orders received before 12noon, Mon - Fri will be shipped that day.
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you. You will
be contacted by email and given the option to cancel your order, should
you not wish to wait.
For deliveries outwith the UK please email
us for costs.

Loss
or Damage
Occasionally items can be lost or damaged in the post. This is outwith
our control. However, if this occurs we will send you a replacement 7
days after the item was posted by us. We must be informed within 1
month of ordering if the item has not arrived. In the event of damage
or error in your order you must inform us within 7 days of receiving
the order otherwise no claim can be made or replacement sent.
Replacements
Due to
the nature of our goods we cannot exchange any products that have had
the 'tamper evident' seal broken. You should, therefore, check that you
have ordered and received the correct goods on arrival and if there are
any problems contact us as soon as possible.
If you have ordered incorrect products we will exchange them, provided
they are in good condition and unopened, within 14 days of receipt.
This will incur postal charges on your part.
Refunds
Your right to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling
directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov/si2000/20002334.htm
Privacy
We will not disclose your details to any third party (except when order
details are processed as part of the order fulfilment). In this case
the third party will not disclose details to any one else. We do not
collect credit/debit card details on this site.
The Data Protection Act 1998 requires us to be open about our holding
and use of personal data. It also entitles individuals to find out from
us what personal data is held about them on computer, to have that
information corrected or erased if it is inaccurate, and to claim
compensation if they can prove they have suffered damage from an
inaccuracy or breach of security. We are committed to upholding the
eight Data Protection Principles of good information handling practice.
Wholesale
Information
I am happy to supply wholesale to other
pet related businesses. My unique natural range of products lends
themselves to point-of-sale displays in pet shops, groomers, veterinary
practices, kennels etc. Please contact
